Less than average hotel. Not really value for money. OK for people desperate to have a place to rest for the night. If there's any consolation, there is plenty of restaurants nearby.

Should improve the service

The place is strategic but the service is so poor. I did not get towel as informed they want to dry it first, but i booked one day earlier! they should prepared it. And end up did not get towel until we checked out. At night during sleeping you can hear noisy things from staff.

バトゥ洞窟に近いホテル

クイーンベッド２台の窓付きの部屋に友人と二人で宿泊しました。窓からの景色はよくありませんが、窓なしの部屋よりは過ごしやすかったです。近くにパパリッチもあり、食事は外で。賑やかな通りに面していたので女性二人での宿泊でしたが、不安はなかったです。スタッフもフレンドリーで優しかったです。

I booked for 2 rooms but 1 of the room I can only check in at 3pm. The worst experience is when I came back from dinner, we found that there are about 10 cockroaches on our beds, some are hiding under the comforter! Although the price is cheap, but I will not recommend it to my friends, unless there is improvement on cleanliness of the hotel and the surrounding.

Islamic officer intrusion

Officer from Islamic authorities knocked on door at 2.30am. Hotel did not protect female guests. Inappropriate n security concerns to open door to strangers how yo know for sure this is real or fake.

1st night was really bad - your receptions was talking and laughing all night long with a guy and we could hear it so loud in our room. 3 of us could not sleep the whole night. good that we manage to move the 2nd night and condition improved tremendously.

Worst budget hotel i ever stay

1. During my check in, i have to wait almost half an hour bcoz my name was not in the booking list even i had booked the room and paid 3 days before. 2. I never get room service during my 3 days stay 3. There were lots and lots of coacroach in the room 4. Night shift staffs were very noisy talking and joking with each other. I had been staying in numbers of budget hotel around kL and terengganu and this is the worst hotel ever with those rate. I had experience better services with much cheaper hotel at Sentul and Kemaman. Sorry to say, but My Home Hotel would be my last choice if i have to come back to KL.
