The Staff were amazing, giving tip of local knoledge and looking after us beyound They called a taxi for the Airport and when I left my Visa on the desk called the driver to return. Its an older property but clean and what wr needed, the price was right. Wialing distance to Chi a town and sky rail. We would stay here again on staff proffessioalism alone.

The hotel has some amazing staff. The rooms are really good considering the price and everyday they give you bottled water. WiFi is very bad, it works in the lobby only

Not worth freezing/choking for cheap location

Good points-very accessible location by car, public transport & foot, good room facilities for price (bathtub, TV, fridge, clean bed) Sadly, plenty of serious bad points-aircon is far too cold and control is meaningless (still cold even when turned off), building ventilation is poor (distinctly stuffy/musky feel) asthmatic/allergic individuals definitely stay away, I'm not exaggerating when I say you are risking your life staying here. While the staff are polite, they are not sympathetic towards guests' suffering from the facilities' deficiencies. Also, for those driving, the carpark is rather narrow.

Close to Merdeka Stadium

We chose this hotel because of it's proximity to Merdeka Stadium. As we were staying for 5 nights we opted for a Deluxe Room with a King bed. What we got was a basic room with twin beds, and a view over the Stadium (which was OK). The first day, reception said we would get a King bed the following day. The next day we got the same promise, but nothing happened. We remained in the same room for the duration of our stay. The bathroom was dirty and we ran out of toilet paper, even though there were 2 roll holders (both empty). We had to ask for a bath towel after the first day and then third day.

The 'coldest' hotel room

Booked the room just for one night stay as I was attending the concert at Stadium Merdeka. I wasn't expecting much as I only paid for the cheapest room. However, never have I ever experience the coldness in any hotel room as I did in this place. I made sure to turn off the air conditioner and still shivered the whole night. Everything was pleasant except that. Be sure to bring extra hoodies or wear several layers if you decide to spend the night here. Didn't get a chance to explore the pool or any other facilities, so no comments on that.
