Location was good, however, the hotel was dated and underwhelming. It was not very clean and there were bugs (ant like in the rooms). This was a budget hotel so I recognize it is not a Hilton, however, I did expect a bit better.

The room was small. So was the bathroom. There was only one bath towel. I had to request for another one. Unfortunately, no bottled water was given.

Positive I like the Complimentary Parking inside the Hotel. I will not book a hotel with Complimentary Parking somewhere outside, mainly for my car's safety and also convenience. It happened to rain for a while and we don't get wet going to our car! The view from the window is good. Can see the Twin Towers. It is reasonably clean and cosy. Negative The Staff did not tell us that there is a Complimentary Meal. I only noticed it when I was using our Breakfast Voucher. Overall On the whole, it is value for money in the centre of town, near our Meeting Place! Good!

First time key didn't work and staffs are not smiling but they were actually kind. They serve two meal and it is quite delicious and the location is very accessive to everywhere.
