"Loved our stay! Top notch service all around. Bar and food = excellent!"

"Great price and convenient"

"When we got there our room was not ready we were told 20 minutes. Other people even those who did not have a reservation checked in ahead and we waited finally a man came over and asked why are you sitting here. Waiting on my room. Discovered the guy who said it was not ready didn’t tell anyone we were waiting and he left even thought he came over and told us twice it would be 20 minutes. We ended up waiting about 40 minutes Sink in bathroom was stopped up when we got there never worked...

"There was a musty smell that was off putting as soon as we walked in the door. The rooms are very small and we had a leak in the sink drain that wasn’t repaired after we reported it. I didn’t feel that it was worth the cost. Very disappointing for a supposed upscale Hilton."

"Nicely located close to UK hospital."

"Very nice, clean, and modern hotel. Desk staff was super friendly. Charming little "Convient store" in the lobby. Central location within walking distance of several shops, restaurants, Rupp Arena, and more. Parking lot located underneath was helpful. Only MILD complaints would be the breakfast bar was a little cold and mostly empty by 9:40 even though breakfast is served until 10... and the room was supposed to have a white noise machine but it didn't, and it was very loud until after 1am with...

"Was just as the brochure said! Super helpful staff too!"

"No"

"Just disappointed that the restaurant was closed."

"For a one night stay, it was very satisfying. We would definitely stay again."

"For the price of the stay the quality of the room and amenities was seriously lacking. I've stayed in a number of Hilton properties and this was by far the least enjoyable. $15 to park in lot that has ample parking feels like gouging. No glasses in room , it's a bourbon town and the staff would not help me with any glassware. The room had a leaky sink, the climate control was not consistent; would shut off for long periods even though the temp was set and on auto. And the hallways and rooms...

"Great room"

"Good bang for the buck"

"I went for the cheapest rate on a popular weekend, you get what you pay for. ESA caters to extended stays. This particular facility is old and shows it. My room had a noisy a/c unit, creaky, saggy bed, aged and stained furniture, malfunctioning cable, two dead light bulbs, and overall unsatisfactory. Especially after paying $376 for three nights. Subpar! Never again."

"The breakfast was ok. Not much variety and some weird choices. When you are staying there for several nights, breakfast is the same every morning."

"Everything was great but, the shower was terrible no water pressure & no hot water! Needs to be addressed!"

"I believe his name was Jeremy. He was a great help with things in the area."
