Staff became argumentative as well. Had such a horrible experience. We ended up canceling our reservations and leaving that hotel will never stay there again. "

"This was the second stay here at, The Manchester and it never disappoints. The staff is always wonderful, friendly and so helpful. The room was unique with the quad perfect for me and my friends. Everyone slept so comfortable-best sleep- one said. Lobby bar is where, you can hang out or go to the roof for dinner both have a great atmosphere. We were attending a concert next door at The Manchester Music Hall then Keenland spring meet the next day!"
