The Air Conditioning in our room couldn't cool a small bathroom never mind a small room. We complained to the desk. They sent up a technician and he looked at me with sweat dripping down my face and said it was working. It was not working. This was a nicer hotel than we usually stay at, and with the price we paid, all we wanted was a place to escape the heat and sleep in a cool room. Neither was provided here. "
