"Absolutely stunning views of the Adriatic and Dubrovnik. Do not hesitate, this villa is absolutely beautiful and has all the amenities you need for your stay. We enjoyed our mornings on the balcony overlooking the sea and cooling off in pool during the evenings. But the best part of the stay was our host! Adrian and Naira made us feel like family. They were so gracious and generous during our stay. We hope to return soon!"

"Ventus Travel & this stay went above and beyond during our stay. 9 of us came for the local Sonus Festival and Ventus could not have been more accommodating, our stay was incredible, service brilliant & checkout smooth and fair. The only con is a fairly large cash deposit which must be left, although they offer you to leave this in your local currency which is a nice touch so you’re not stuck with a huge amount of foreign currency at the end of your stay. A pre-authorisation on a card would...

"We had a fantastic stay. The villa was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Our hosts made us very welcome and called in on our day of arrival and departure. The villa is in a convenient location with a well stocked local shop just 5 minutes walk away next to a welcoming and reasonably priced cafe/bar. We particularly liked the harbour town of Cavtat which had some lovely restaurants and we took a boat trip to Dubrovnik. Thanks for a great stay "

2/10 Terrible

"Pros: Room was clean and the Breakfast Buffet was ok. Cons: 1. AMMENITIES: Rooftop bar was closed, Inside Pool was closed, Kids pool was closed, and the Two small pools left were overcrowded. Bars around the pool were also closed. Wellness area was crowded with working Men giving mantainence to the pool, and the floor was all dirty and wet from the work. The jacuzzy was also full of sand or dust inside. 2. You are promess a bottle of wine per stay that is not provided. 3. ROOM: Lock on the door was broken, and matress was really unconfortable. 4. Breakfast: The ham provided was old with a weird smell. THIS HOTEL IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!"

"Great hotel for one or two nights, but I don't think the accommodation is worth the high price to stay here. Check-in was frustrating as not much info was given and it seemed the woman was annoyed I had so many questions. Trying to find the location for the pool & outside access to the sea was difficult. There would be one sign, but then you would come to a crossroads with no additional signage, and twice we took the wrong way and had to back track. Bed was SO hard. Most frustrating was breakfast. You werent allowed to get your own coffee. The one waiter just never came back, but kept tending to the table next to us and wouldnt look at us when we waived them down. Finally my husband went to get his own coffee but was scolded for doing so and she said she would bring us coffee. NEVER brought us coffee. After 20 MORE minutes we just left."

"Upon arrival the staff explained to me that the bus line 4 stop was just around the corner to travel to downtown Dubrovnik which is only 3 km away. They provided me with a map. They also explained the breakfast and wifi. The hotel has a nice restaurant, has a Studenac store less than 200 meters away. One minor detail is that my room had only two electric outlets, one being for the TV. For me that was fine but for someone with multiple devices that might be a relevant detail. 5 star experience. Highly recommended."

"Disappointed that entire rooftop was reserved for a private party on our final evening and we had no notice about that until we went up to enjoy it. Secondly our dining reservation was cancelled one night at a restaurant we had hoped to dine at due to the same large party blocking it. We should have been notified about these “blocks” upon check in so that we could have adjusted our itinerary. Or at the very least been compensated for our loss in enjoying all of the amenities."
