"Die Unterkunft ist sehr „ab vom Schuss“, was mit einer sehr ruhigen und grünen Lage einhergeht. Mit dem Auto ist sie gut zu erreichen und bietet großzügige Parkmöglichkeiten. Der Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns auch während einer medizinischen Notsituation jederzeit geholfen, Taxis organisiert und auch außerhalb der Essenszeiten noch etwas zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Betten waren für uns zwar sehr unbequem, jedoch wurde sofort als wir das gemeldet haben Abhilfe geschaffen. "

"Tolles Hotel in bester Lage von Bansin - leider nicht Heringsdorf. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Zimmer geräumig und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Leider schließt das Restaurant schon um 21 Uhr (so wie alle umgebenden Restaurants auch). Abends ist in Bansin daher nichts mehr los. Dazu muss man dann nach Heringsdorf oder Ahlbeck gehen. Parkplätze sind in allen Kaiserbädern knapp und entsprechend teuer. Daher ist auch der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage des Hotels mit 19 €/Tag nicht ganz...

Während unseres Urlaubs wurden die Gartenbänke erneuert, die einen im Vorbeilaufen zum Verweilen einluden in dieser wunderschönen und vor allem sehr gepflegten Parkanlage. "We stayed one night at the Hotel Pommernland having flown in to the nearby Anklam airfield. As it was the Ascention weekend there were no taxis available so the hotel manager Eric kindly gave us a lift into town to a greek restaurant. Hotel was clean and tidy and the rooms were absolutely fine. My only criticism is that there was only 1 feather pillow supplied which was way too soft, my head sunk straight through it. Breakfast was OK."
