"Licht und Schatten Als erstes vorweg, es steht zwar Sentido drauf ist aber maximal Sentido ligth drin. Im Vergleich zum Sentido Blue auf Kreta zwei Kategorien darunter. Zum positiven: Personal wirklich top, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist für ein AI-Buffet ok und abwechslungsreich aber die Getränke wie Wein, Cocktails, etc. sind billiger Fusel. "Nous avons eu de la difficulté à faire notre enregistrement de façon autonome. Nous avions un code pour entrer dans notre chambre mais il n'y avait pas d'indication où elle se situait. Nous avons communiqué avec l'établissement par courriel mais sans reponse alors nous avons appelé et la personne a été tres gentille et nous a aidé a trouver notre chambre. Sinon, le déjeuner est tres bon et avec plusieurs choix de plats. Un stationnement gratuit est à proximité ce qui est très apprécié....

"Lovely appointed hotel, very peaceful, convenient and with secure parking. We used this hotel for a 2 day stop over, before catching the ferry to Santorini. Could not get a more luxurious and convenient hotel for the ferry!! Highly recommend the restaurant Peskesi in Heraklion (book) and a visit to Stilianou winery (both highlights of our brief but very comfortable stay at this hotel)."

"The room we stayed in was cleaned everyday and towels and ( coffee pods for the machine) replaced. I was initially slightly dubious about using the sister hotel facilities. But I can assure you it is literally 2 mins away, on a private beach. They have a lovely pool and the most amazing staff. We came for just 5 days and it was just so wonderful to relax and enjoy the surroundings and food and staff’s kindness."

"The hotel was lovely. Our room was very spacious with a living area and bathroom (with shower) separated by a door from the bedroom with king size bed and another bathroom (with soaking tub). The only challenging part was parking.We had to illegally park to unload the car and then drive it down to the port parking lot. It was about a five minute walk back to the hotel.
