"I love this hotel as it is newer, clean, beautiful views and lounge! The gym is wonderful and so is the spa. The staff at front were very friendly and helpful. However my only issue was the communication after booking was very frustrating. The hotel kept saying they would charge us 70euros a day for a cot when we never requested one and kept saying in msgs that we do not need one. At checkin, they said they’d remove the charge seeing we didn’t need a cot, and at check out it was still listed and...

"We stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The staff were extremely nice and gave us great recommendations of places to go. We had an early train that morning and were able to pay for early check in for 15 euros. It was in a great location apx 10 min from the city tram/bus stop. The room was very clean and spacious. We were worried about air conditioning as some of our past hotels didn’t have the best AC, but it worked great and kept us cool. The beds were not the most comfortable...

"There is no AC. Which wasn’t disclosed. I could hear the squeak of my bed when I turned and same for the people upstairs. While the lobby is nicely decorated the indoor hallways are a nasty stained white carpet. Also THERE IS NO BAR as advertised. They simply sell a couple alcoholic drinks which you better finish in one go as the rooms have no refrigeration. In addition the awkward arrangement with the bed and large TV made for a narrow passage. I have had some rough stays but I was expecting...

"Very disappointing experience for a five-star hotel. Everything felt overpriced, and even basic things seemed to come with extra charges. Customer service was poor, housekeeping was inconsistent, and staff were not helpful. Traveling with a child, we even had difficulty getting an extra bottle of water. Overall, this hotel did not live up to its five-star rating and was not worth the price. We would not recommend it."
