"Clean room but bed cover had what looked like a cigarette burn on it despite the property apparently being smoke free. Noisy area but that’s to be expected as it is quite a central and convenient location right by Pile Gate. Street entertainment stops at around 11pm so it does become quieter. Reception not always attended however was helpful at carrying my luggage up the stairs. "Both bedside lamps did not work. They delivered new light bulbs but sockets were loose and risky. Requested additional pillow but never got one. Location is great but room was basic.mimimal amenities. clean. No soap no coffee. Not a 4star Should be rated as 3 star"

"We had a wonderful stay in Dubrovnik! The location was excellent—only about a 5-minute walk to Pile Gate, which made it very convenient for exploring the Old Town. The place was clean and comfortable, and the hostess, Romana, was very courteous and welcoming. Although the outdoor area was quite crowded at night, once we closed the windows, we couldn’t hear any noise inside. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!"

"Great location, clean apartment but be warned it is a shared space of 3 rooms and be ready to climb some stairs when you arrive. But overall it is a great stay!"

"The property is in an excellent location right in the heart of the old town and it was maintained to the highest level (just as you see them in the photos). It truly felt like a luxurious room/suite and the only thing about it that you could comment on was that the aircon made a bit of a strange noise but other than that it was pretty perfect. Whilst it didn't affect us, the building in which we stayed doesn't have a lift. Would stay again."

"The property was lovely inside and out and great location. Staff were super friendly and helpful. My only criticism would be the lack of space to put clothes, there was very little space in the room for cases or hanging clothes. Otherwise perfect"
