"This was the perfect location for my time in Tokyo. I felt safe to walk through the neighborhoods and if the weather had cooperated I would have loved the parks and nature areas."
"Great location away from the usual Tokyo central locations. Excellent location next to the local station for getting around. Being that little bit further out, rooms were bigger. Usual Tokyustay great amenities. The in room washer/drier walkways so very welcome and helps keep packing light.. "
"The service was very reliable and went out of their way to accomodate me. I also enjoy the washing machine in the room and was convenient.
The only things I was not satisfied about were the pillows were not as comfy and had some trouble sleeping on them. I also didn't enjoy the washing machine's drying function as it didn't seem to dry at all. I had to walk to a nearby coin laundry to dry them.

"The property was exactly what we needed for our two week stay in Japan! We were left alone and weren’t bothered. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment however we found it didn’t dry our clothes very well. However there is within walking distance a laundry mat that was super easy to use and get to. Would recommend staying here for anyone wanting a cheaper stay and a little less touristy to get emerged into Japan. "
"Very convenient to the train station, easy to access, very quiet, great shower and amenities. If you are looking for a place close to Sangenjaya or Shibuya, this is a good local area. The only improvement I could suggest is softer pillows :) "
"Very clean and very easy to travel from hotel to the Tokyo cities. The train stations are about a ten minute walk or less. The staff is very friendly as well! They have luggage storage services so you can adventure before check in and after check out! Highly recommend staying here. The surrounding area has a variety of thrift shops and restaurants."
"This a great apartment for a family of 4. the space is tight since it is optimized for bed. But the plus of having a washer and a kitchen is a huge plus. We could travel light knowing that we could wash clothes. The apartment is very clean and well maintained with enough towels and napkins for us. The management company is very helpful and always provides prompt responses. The entry exit process was very well explained and seamless. A 11 mins walk to Shibuya station with a slight hill climb may...
"We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt House. The staff was fluent in English and extremely helpful with everything throughout our stay. We were surprised that water was left for us each day. My daughters bought stuffed animals from Tokyo Disney Seas and the next day when we returned to the hotel, they found them sitting on the beds that had the sheets replaced - it was one of those cute things that you did not expect!’

"Conveniently located in Shibuya on a shopping and eating/drinking side of the area. A bit outside of the busy streets yet closed enough to reach anywhere with ease. Expecting old Japanese business hotel style and you will get it. No fancy stuff here but all essentials well provided. "
