"The property was first class and in an amazing location. Near the action, but away from the noise. Tons of amenities and fantastic service. The staff was the best part of our stay. They were super helpful and attentive to all our needs. We loved the happy hour at Club Pakarang. A great way to watch the sunset."

"My stay at Grand Mercure was phenomenal. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my every need. No matter how small, they delivered every time. The property is very well maintained and the rooms are very clean. The resort is walking distance to many shops and Jungceylon mall. Excellent location."

"A bit dated accomodation, no power points beside the beds and pretty dark generally. A bit of wear and tear throughout the bathroom. Shower took a very long time to run hot (5 minutes). Breakfast great and staff lovely. Booking airport transfer was a bit messy by email, abit of repeating myself and payment links that expire after an hour. Makes it difficult to arrange whilst travelling."

"Warmly welcomed by staff, greeted with a cold flannel to wipe the sweat away and a fan put right in front of us. Kids enjoyed the pool and pool activities. Handy to beach , shops and laundry across the road. Very helpful friendly staff. So far this has been or best of 3 different hotels around phuket"
