"Room very small / price is way too expensive."

"Great location, close to train station and some good restaurants. Front counter staff were so kind and helpful. They made us feel welcome right from the start. Rooms were clean and a good size. There is also onsite storage for before and after checkout which was very convenient. Would definitely recommend!"

"Very nice luxury hotel in Munich. Room is well equipped, clean and spacious. Staffs have excellent service mind and ready to assist at any time. Location is very good, near main train station. Breakfast buffet is quite small but you can order hot dish from menu. This hotel hosts 2 Michelin starred restaurants."

"Clean room. Amazing communal facilities."

"Beds were hard, last day there my husband took a hot shower, he opened the bathroom door and the fire alarm went off. Staff walked in when my husband was naked saying theres smoke in our room, when he saw the steam near the fire alarm he told us we had to leave bathroom door shut. There was no vent/fan in bathroom. Staff super helpful and friendly! I would recommend, maybe theu have softer beds in other rooms."

"The hotel is just across the central station so it’s very convenient for traveling around and for food. The breakfast is nice. Most of all we are very impressed by the receptionist, Hang Tran. He is so nice to welcome and take care of guests. We had good impressions of him from our stay last October. That’s why we chose to stay here again this time."

"Location: Good - short walk from train station Room: Clean and everything in good condition Bed: just feel ok for me, not so comfy but ok. Space: Great! Little problem for me is no shower cap / mouthwash re-fill automatic, even I told front but later I came back from outside, still no re-fill. However, I could asked and pick up at front desk. Overall is good to stay if you will visit Munich. "

"Convenient location a block away from Munich HbF train station and key metro and tram lines. The breakfast was excellent. However, I am rating 3 stars due to housekeeping staff rifling our luggage one day while we were out. The hotel is nice but this is unacceptable."

"ใกล้แหล่งท่องเที่ยว เดินทางสะดวก"
