Your confirmation and the details when I made the booking, it’s clear to show the check in and check out time is 15-11. However the staff said the time of my booking is 17-10. If I want to early check in and extend the check out time , I need to paid $2200 Yen more. It’s ridiculous. They said that is my problem of Expedia and me, not their problem . They insisted I need to paid more money. I said I can pay for it , but I will complain of their service to their office , the Japan travel council and post the bad comments in the social media.
