"I went there for just a short stay, but me and my boyfriend had a great experience.The staffs were so friendly and gave us good recommendation on tour programs, where to go and what to do around there. I saw some of the comments suggest that the hotel should improve on their breakfast. When i went to the hotel and i informed them i want something local , not american breakfast they put on the menu list, and the hotel staff offered me the local menu. "Would be great if it were run better. All the things needed are in place, but lacking attention to detail. "Our positive experience began before we arrived. The team organized transportation from the Krabi airport to their location. A driver was waiting at the exit with a sign… no stress travelling! We arrived early, they staff were very accommodating. As soon as the room was ready we were able to check in. Renting scooters from them was also an easy process. When asked if they could help us book a cab, the staff said they would be happy to assist for a small fee. Would definitely recommend! "

"Super nettes Personal, vom Gärtner bis zur Rezeption alle sehr freundlich. Schönes Riff zum Schnorcheln direkt vor der Anlage. Essen war sehr gut. Leider wird rund um die Hütten schlecht aufgeräumt, es liegen uralte Plastik Blumentöpfe und teilweise auch Müll herum. Der wird auch im Dschungel verbrannt, was ekligen Rauch durch die Anlage treibt. Alles in allem aber sehr erholsam dort und absolut empfehlenswert!"
