"Beautiful location right on the beach. Clean rooms and extremely helpful staff. They helped me rent a scooter when we checked in and they delivered it within 5 minutes. Location is across the street from a 7-11 and a nice steakhouse and other hotels right nearby that were all fun and the area was very nice. Definitely happy I chose this hotel for my stay...we liked it so much we stayed an extra day to relax and enjoy =)"

Recommend to rent scooters and explore. Kai bae is a cool area with lots of good restaurants and bars and some cool shops. Also they have a bunch of weed dispensaries that are cool. Everyone is friendly and helpful, very easy to navigate and explore

Koh Chang was a lovely island to visit as it's not overrun with tourists - it seems more of a local vacation spot. We enjoyed nearly restaurants and had some wonderful excursions around the island.

"The hotel was right next to the beach with the ability to kayak to other islands directly opposite. The hotel staffs were very friendly and spoke fluent English. There are a selection of shops and restaurant within walking distance. The only annoying thing I found is after every housekeeping, mosquitos often find their way into the room."
"We loved the pools and the view from the hotel across the beach and out to sea. The staff were incredibly lovely and the splash pool and slide a hit with the kids. The morning yoga was wonderful the restaurant food was good too. The only downside for us was that the property is in need of some renovation. Broken tiles in beach pool, proves missing their thatching, our outdoor shower was unusable as filthy and in poor condition. The indoor shower was a handheld standing or sitting in bath so not ideal."
