Nice spot for families

Nice spot by a lovely beach and close to restaurants at the main road. The cabana with 2 queen beds was good for families. The facility needs maintenance overall and a little more attention to details

Nice hotel that has seen its best days. Nice pool area. Wondeful staff. Bed full of tiny ants crawling over you all night making sleep impossible. Rats running inside walls. Hole in hotel room floor.

We loved the pools and the view from the hotel across the beach and out to sea. The staff were incredibly lovely and the splash pool and slide a hit with the kids. The morning yoga was wonderful the restaurant food was good too. The only downside for us was that the property is in need of some renovation. Broken tiles in beach pool, proves missing their thatching, our outdoor shower was unusable as filthy and in poor condition. The indoor shower was a handheld standing or sitting in bath so not ideal.

Must be amazing once in the past.

Property is huge near the forest and greenery which also means lots of mosquitoes. Must have killed over 10 in the room before I can go to sleep. Main pool has broken tiles which has not been fixed and it's dangerous for guests. Booked a Thai language class and the staff missed it because she was performing massage for another client. Sounds like they use staff for multiple purposes. Love the daily yoga though and the teacher was lovely and engaging. Breakfast was pretty good with lots of options. They need to keep up the maintenance.

First of all Amazing staff from General MGR, Front desk staff Khun Arnon, Khun Fon and my room Service Khun Davin..You guys are Amazing.I really appreciate your help. This hotel is in perfect locations closed to all convenient stores and shops and restaurants. However prepare for a walk approximately 150m from the hotel to main walking streets. Beautiful swimming pools and Jacuzzi, The staff keep all areas very clean including the benches area. Amazing views! All staff will make your enjoy and welcome with smiles and respect. Highly recommend everyone. Btw, Greatly appreciated the General MGR for making me the noodles soup. This is a kind of General MGR that everyone wanted. Good luck to all.

The staffs' warm hospitality, the beautiful location, and the high-quality facilities made it a memorable vacation for my family. We would highly recommend the resort to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Koh Chang, whether it's with family or friends. This was our second time staying at the Centara Koh Chang Tropicana Resort, and we are already planning to return next year for another enjoyable vacation experience.

Good location. Excellent gym! Breakfast is good. Saturday night buffet was very good. Unfortunately, the beach was dirty and not managed. Rocks, plastic, leaves, trash were scattered on the beach. Our room was very good and the bed was very comfortable. Food and drink service ar the pool and beach was good.

Overall very nice, BUT ! To wake up at 6:00 to be able to get a sun bed is not vacation. Breakfast on such big hotel could have bigger variety. Breakfast staff were in not good mood. Almost all looked very angry to start that early or maybe didn’t like us tourists.

Wir waren das erste mal in diesem Resort und uns hat es sehr sehr gut gefallen. Es ist wunderschön gelegen, direkt am weitläufigen Sandstrand. Bars und authentische Thai-Restaurants in Laufweite. Meer ist flach, sandig und ruhig. Das Personal ist äußerst bemüht, wirklich sehr sehr freundlich und das nicht "aufgesetzt", sondern natürlich. Einfach nur lieb. Durch 2 x Happy Our (12-13 und 16 bis 19) und weitere Promotions bleibt man auch gerne mal im Hotel zum Sun-Downer und Spa! Gerade das Spa hat uns als Pärchen ganz toll verwöhnt; logisch ist das nicht umsonst, aber z.B. 2,5 Std. Vollprogramm (Ganz-Körper-Scrub, Sauna-Gang, Aroma-Öl Massage, Face-Cleaning. Face und Kopfmassage gesondert) in toller Spa-Atmosphäre für gute 60 € p.P. ist jetzt wirklich ein starkes Angebot. Unser Fazit: Absolute Empfehlung für das Centara

Un emplacement de rêve pour le Centara Tropicana

Bel hôtel dans un écrin de verdure donnant directement sur la plage ! Le personnel est top et le petit déjeuné très complet ! L’hôtel est un peu ancien et une rénovation serait pas du luxe ! Mais dans l’ensemble très satisfait de notre séjour de 2 semaines ! On reviendra

Der Strand könnte etwas mehr gepflegt werden, sehr schmutzig am Morgen, wegen Essen, Geschirr, Gläser, was leider auch nicht von den Leuten, die den Müll verursacht haben weggeräumt wurde. Fällt leider auf das Hotel zurück.
