"This hotel looks like nothing has been done to it since it opened, whenever that was. The carpet was tattered and ripped and the oldest style I've seen in 20 years. The wood was worn, the toilet seat had been repaired. How much can a new toilet seat cost? I believe this hotel is owned and managed ..."
