"Filthy rooms, stained bedding, got a suite for a family of 6 - no sheets for the pullout bed and the mattress was stained. Visible dirt and grime throughout. "

"Everything was pretty good except for the pool. The whole room that it’s in looks like it’s been abandoned and half under construction. Ceiling tiles missing, hot tub filled in with cement, rusty pool furniture, etc. rooms were clean and everything else looked nice tho."

"The breakfast was delicious! They allow dogs and have a doggy potty area with doggy bags- which is always a plus. The staff were very accommodating! The rooms are nice and updated. It’s about 25 minutes from UT- the only drawback. We originally picked the hotel because of its proximity to Pellissippi State- but later learned it was a bit far to visit my niece on the UT campus. It is right off the highway but you can’t hear it from the rooms. Many shops located right across the street. Definitely a nice place to stay! "

"Definitely would NOT recommend!! We checked in really late after traveling all day. Our room reeked of cigarette smoke and the room was definitely not as nice as the pictures, specifically the bathroom, it was disgusting. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else!!"
