"Clean room, staff was friendly, and the hotel was in a great area. The staff was super accommodating. When we first checked in our original room's air conditioner was not working. We were moved to another room quickly. It was very appreciated."

"I realize bell hops are a thing of the past but when two women 65 and 88 are struggling to get bags from a car, and two able bodied young men wearing hilton ids are watching them struggle and choose to be on their phones, and do not offer to help but keep their noses in their phones, it is just rude ..."
