"This listing is not at all what we ended up walking in to. It was very low class and room was moldy. I didn't feel safe there and couldn't sleep due to coughing from the mold. I called the front office to explain that we needed to check out because it wasn't acceptable at all and was affecting my health. after putting me on hold for 20 minutes, they hung up on me. We then went in to the front office and they got a supervisor and then also got a manager. We booked through expedia but didn't pay until we checked in at the resort. We paid the full amount for 5 night stay at resort. We expained the issue and explained that ew were needing to find a different place to stay and the explained that we would need to go through expedia to request a refund. So we left and proceeded to call expedia and they said they needed to contact the resort. they called the resort and were told that we hadn't spoke to anyone and in fact were still staying at the resort. Nothing in the notes from the supervisor or manager or any of them. We called back the next day and they called the resort again and the resort said we were still staying there. We weren't at all. We had gotten a room for the remaining time at Coronado Springs resort. They lied about the whole thing and denied us speaking to anyone or even checking out for that matter. The resort was not how it was portrayed at all. The strong stench of weed when we parked by our unit didn't make me feel comfortable. Horrible company!"

"This is our favorite place to stay in Orlando! Super close and easy walk to Disney Springs without having to get the car out. We appreciate the clean rooms, delicious complimentary breakfast and “dinner” (kickback service is from 5:30-7:00 pm each evening), and amazing views of Disney Springs and Epcot fireworks (totally worth the upgrade). Friendly staff and just a wonderful experience overall-highly recommend!"

"The property was very outdated. Our initial room was musty and moldy. The sheets were almost soggy to the point that we couldn’t stay in there. We requested and upgrade to another room and it was better. Over all the grounds are not pretty and very old. There was 3 day old chicken bones and sauces next to the pool. No one bothered to clean it up. The kiddie pool was GREEN and eventually shut down for god knows what. The slides were only open for a few hours and the lazy river was filled with dirt. "

"It’s good they let you take breakfast away and there is ample food but quality is so so. There were lots of youths at the time of our stay and someone actually pulled the fire alarm one night…not very good"

"I booked at the Sheraton Vistana as an alternative to the highly overpriced rooms being offered for the conference I attended not far away. Not only was the room we stayed in at Sheraton Vistana a fraction of the price I would’ve paid to stay at the hotel the conference was being held, it was a much better room! It was more like an apartment! Plenty of space. We especially loved the patio completely screened in with furniture included. We enjoyed our dinner there each night. The room was meticulously clean and fully equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Check in was quick and easy, althoughI did not enjoy the fact I had to stop by a concierge to pick up my room keys only to be solicited at the same time for a time share (not cool). This will hands down be the place we book whenever I have to attend this conference each year. "
