Surprisingly nice hotel with inclusive gym and suana. Nice comfortable clean rooms and surroundings. Limited transport to and from the hotel. Had to walk to and from the Hotel in the snow with luggage because of a limited taxis and buses.

Bra läge men vissa behöver en charmkurs

Fördelar: Mycket bra läge, god frukost och okej rum Nackdelar: Kunde va bättre ventilation. Mycket märkligt bemötande av en senior medarbetare i receptionen när vi kl 10 efter tredje natten bad om städning. Istället för ett vänligt bemötande - snorkigt svar att man måste säga till dagen innan. Ingen info alls om detta vid incheckning, och någon städning fick vi ej den dagen - dock dagen efter som var vår femte och sista.

Väldig trevlig personal. Genialt rum med 2 barn Då det var rymligt och med badkar. Plus för biljardbord och dart och middagsbuffé! Minus för kuddar och at det inte var lax i frukostbuffén.

Incheckning vid olika tider fungerade bra. Rent på rummet, bra frukost. Barnen klagade på konstiga konsistensen på äggröran. Familjen fick lämna väskor på hotellet helt gratis i ett par dagar medans de vandrade.

Rum några våningar upp med panoramautsikt mot fjäll, gruva och solnedgång är det som gäller, andra hållet tråkigt. Passa på att beundra frukostmatsalen innan hotellet stängs, våren 2022, i samband med att Kiruna stad flyttar sitt centrum.
