"Location is lovely quiet and picturesque. We were at a wedding close by so only needed the hotel to sleep at, the hotel is a bit in need of a re-furb but very nice staff and the room was fresh and comfortable. The room was clean, bedding and bed were comfortable we did not eat as arrived at 3 dropped bags and headed to wedding.left at 8 in morning
Would stay again as we both said apart from corridors and general impression it was a nice nights sleep
Plenty parking and nice area for a morning...

"Property had reasonable price. However guest at least expecting property to be clean.
There was too many spider everywhere in the property. Clear haven’t clean it properly
I had to spent an hour to clean which something you do not expect in your holiday.
Location was perfect. Easy parking , Just 7 min drive from Windermere. There is local shop around so easy to get stuff."

"Location is excellent
But for the price we paid…
There’s no shower gel, no teas/coffees, salt & pepper shaker are empty
No sponges for washing up
There’s 2 flights of stairs to climb from the car park carrying cases up & down was difficult/dangerous
Toilet flush didn’t work and Skye’s cottage- communication was poor- the chat says ‘an agent would contact you’ but they never, I had to call them when their office is open to get it sorted
Check in? The keys were left in the lock at the...

"Went on a freinds trip and we absolutely loved it! Got so much more than we expected for the affordable price. Great location, private parking for 2 cars (although very tight and got blocked in a couple times), and generous space. Kitchen was very well equipped."
