A few amazing members of staff let down by some truly incompetent senior managers. Take care when booking and don't be the last ones to arrive."

"The plug in the sink in our bathroom could not be fixed as reception called us at 10pm asking if we wanted to swap rooms! We were in bed! And no hot water the next morning throughout the whole hotel"
