"The advertised restaurant and bar was not open. Breakfast advertised as 7.00am-9.00pm when booking was changed to 7.00am-8.-00am. Ni infomation folder in room or hairdyer. Staff no paticularly helpful or friendly. Would not recommend."

"Very disappointing stay. The room I booked was already occupied when I arrived. I was moved to a smaller room that did not match what I paid for three people, and my children had to find accommodation elsewhere. The place was not very clean and had an unpleasant smell. The kitchen was dirty. I did not even wait for breakfast. I chcked out very early in the morning."

The bedding looked tidy till I got in and smelt like someone else needed a wash. I should have left when I entered the room and it smelt like a Smokers room. Really disappointed with it.
