"Very nice apartment, very big with ample facilities. Just a little more cleaning to sofa covers and mattress cover in sofa would have made it better as ours were dirty.
Restaurant was amazing and great for gluten free and bar was lovely too.
Overall very comfortable stay"

The term Entire apartment is missleading. The fact is it is a room in a house. It is ensuit. This room is on the 1st floor. The Kitshen is shared and is on another floor.
There is double bed, so technically you can have 2 people sleeping on the same bed.
There is single parking lot infront of the house, but there are other parking lots walking distance from the house, for free.

"The property is not as described. It is listed as an Apartment when in actual fact it is a room within a shared house. The room is tired, requiring redecoration, the kitchen was dirty and in need of a full renovation. The shared bathroom for the complete property was terrible, with massive cracks, gaps and mould. Outside, there is no off-street parking, we had to park on a side street a few hundred yards away. There was lots of rubbish and old rotten doors in the front yard!

"2 families stayed whilst visiting Alton Towers. We couldn’t have stayed any closer, The Old Barn literally on the doorstep. The property have a very homely feel which made relaxing easy. There was plenty of room for the 12 of us. We could even all sit together around the large table in the kitchen to eat together. Beds were very comfortable and the location was quiet. "Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards.
On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves.
The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. This is a hygiene issue that should not be present in a paid short-term let.
