Poor communication , no elevators was very poor need to more improvement.

Place needs a lot of upgrade for the price charged. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to get assistance to lug two heavy bags up to the fifth floor because the elevator was broken and appeared to be broken for some time.
The owner is a nice lady who is concerned about your stay and the accomodations she manages. I didn't know it was on the fifth floor, walkup when I rented it. But I got through, The security a the gates was very informative and great guys. I felt confident in my security. I would stay again, albeit on the 3rd floor. :)
This place should not be listed until the owner shows some concern for her guests. This is a run down apartment in a good neighborhood. I was offered the 5 floor with broken elevator and refused. I stayed on the 3rd floor. The furniture was broken. The place was small and even though I was charged a cleaning fee the place had dirty dishes, frayed discolored towels , no dish cloth, and no one came to tidy up at any point. I had a half used roll of toilet paper and had to beg for clean towels and another roll and soap. The owner only cares about collecting money . She tried to charge me $130 Jamaican dollars for one US dollar when even the bank was selling at $123. There is no hot water and hardly anywhere to plug in the appliance except the bathroom counter.The bed is a hard coil mattress and the sheet is so thin you could see through it. Do not stay here.
