"The parking and elevator system must be improved. Nothing connects and you must go through urine soaked “tunnels” to get to your car. A very clean hotel and nice once inside. But I would not ever recommend somebody stay here if they are driving in. All elevators on the garage were broken (4-5) and the ones in the hotel did not connect and also some don’t take you to street and some do. We spent most of our “leisure time” trying to figure out where to park, how to carry luggage, and trying to...

"When we booked a 5 night stay for July in March, we were made aware that the lounge was being updated. There was ongoing communication from The Lensbury up till two days before our arrival. They were looking forward to our stay, they reminded us of the restorations, etc etc. Then, one day before our arrival, we got a frantic message from Expedia saying that our booking had been cancelled by The Lensbury and we had to make alternate arrangements. "I have been coming to this place over and over again, it has change slightly since covid with may less amenities like no more bath robes or slippers, no more lavazza coffee machine in some room categories but it is a wonderful place in marvellous surroundings. I love Wimbledon village having lived there for years ans so for me it is always nice to be back and the people at the Cannizaro House always make me feel welcomed and cared for. Thank you"

"Nicely styled hotel and very convenient location. I stayed in a classic room which looked nice but had some impracticalities. The temperature can not be controlled from inside the room and was set too warm for me. The reception staff adjusted this for me, but it only seemed to stay at the requested temperature for a few hours before climbing up again. This meant I couldn’t sleep, so affected my stay. "Have previously stayed at the Harbour Hotel Christchurch and have always hada lovely time. This time we did a short one night stopover at the Richmond property having visited Kew Garden fo our wedding anniversary. Hotel staff were delightful even presnting us with a small cake in hono of our anniversary. My wife loved the spa and the whole experience was super."

"They left us outside the property in the blistering heat for 25 minutes with young children whilst finding someone with the key. They then took us into the wrong apartment. Eventually we got to our apartment and there was small pieces of broken glass on the floor, small bits of food in the fridge and generally not very clean. There was also no bedding for the sofa bed."
