"As a bikepacker, I arrived at the Kilmartin hotel with my bike and bags after a long day riding off-road. The room was excellent. All the facilities I need. The staff was very kind and helpful. The local pub in this beautiful and ancient town was situated in the hotel itself. Perfect for having a well deserved pint! Restaurant was excellent! Same goes for breakfast in the morning."

"At check in we were allocted a room on 3rd floor and informed the lift was out of order. As my Wife has a heart condition and is awaiting surgery this was unsuitable. we were informed that Expedia had been informed of the lack of a lift and that they (Expedia) should have advised us of this fact before we arrived. "This is an old hotel and is fairly well maintained (toilets are a bit temperamental); however, the staff were fantastic and the food was amazing!!! best fish and sticky toffee pudding ever!! Fun pub beside. The staff were super helpful with any of our needs, they even dried our wet clothes!! Great place for a night stay"
