"Do NOT stay here. My taxi driver did not want to drive me to this hotel ad it is in the old part of Mombassa. I insisted. I did not realize this hotel had a 10 pm arrival deadline when i booked. I emailed the hotel and called them 4 times to let them know i would be arriving late. They never replied but did hang up the phone once when they answered without speaking with me. I was not able to access this hotel"

"Internet a bit spotty in rooms (great in reception). Beautiful hotel, clean, comfy bed - but location is sketchy as hell. Straight on the street and (as a white male) I got a lot of scary looks. Right next to the bus station so there is a lot of noise all through the night with horns blaring constantly. A shame because the hotel itself (and the staff) are lovely. "Terrible. Nothing's works and the entire hotel is not maintained with old rusting features. The hotels rooms are very noisy all the way till 3am as there are on going parties every day. I was not able to sleep till after 4am everyday. Terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel."

"Clean room, Air conditioner good! "

"A wonderful boutique hotel, in the heart of Mombasa. This place is pristine: Room, restaurant, and all other amenites. All i know is that when in Mombasa, Premium Inn will be my first Choice. The staff is better trained than that of 5 star hotels. If you're in Mombassa for business, Premium inn is the place to be. The staff is better trained than that of 5 star hotels. "Very nice property and great management "

"Great place and well run. There are parties every night with loud music and sometimes all night so forget about sleeping during the night."
