"The bed was very comfy and the shower had great pressure. Everything else was bad. Paint flaking on walls, all wood trim and furniture chipped and dirty, poor drainage that flooded bathroom, room safe locked upon arrival. They did unlock it a couple hours later. Breakfast was horrible. Bad coffee, watered down OJ, A loaf of white bread and steamed rice with bits of egg."

Curtains in queen room filthy.
Curtain between lift and lobby filthy.
Says on key card happiness is in the detail. What detail? Does not exist . Coffee tray and tissue holder needs to be changed.
Everything old and tired.
BATS bar across the way plays loud music to 2am and also karaoke bar on other side so depends which room you get.
Pillows rock hard, need changing along with bed sheets and towels, murky beige colour. Management need to address this. Not worth the...
