"We really enjoyed our time here and appreciated the experience so much. There was some confusion about what we were supposed to do sometimes, and we thought dinner and breakfast were served in our room but we needed to go elsewhere. It was private dining at least. Also wish we'd had futons set out for all of us. The room was meant to be for 6 and had 2 beds. We were only 3 people so could have had the futons and not used the beds, but i think the language barrier led to a misunderstanding in...
"This resort appears to be popular with families with little kids. We got a room with 2 beds and 2 futons so it was larger than the usual futon only rooms. It had a bathroom but no shower, with expectations that you would shower at the onsen. They had free parking which was nice.
The breakfast was the best buffet breakfast of our trip with lots of items to choose from. "
