"Absolutely five stars for Heritage Grand Hotel Khon Kaen. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and extremely well appointed. Everything feels clean, polished, and relaxing from the moment you arrive. The breakfast is outstanding, with a huge selection of delicious options and plenty of variety for every taste. The pool is also fantastic and perfect to relax and enjoy the property. The location is ideal, making it very convenient for getting around Khon Kaen, but what...

"Nice"

"The hotel is in a good position and has excellent staff. The breakfast is good and the beer garden and restaurant owned by the hotel is good for both Western and Thai food. The rooms are good, beds comfortable and the hotel is updating the rooms. Cleaning staff excellent. Only a slight problem. if you have a vehicle parking is limited as there is a building being renovated across the road but that should be all finished by December. I would fully recommend this Hotel if visiting Khon Khan."

"Location is easy to travel around. Nice clean room with facilities. Many good space of parking lots behide the hotel. Value to money. Recommended one."

"Seems the hotel has had a fresh coat of paint. My room looked tired. Stains on the walls. Comfortable bed though. Restaurant was closed because it was Wednesday?? Weird. "
