"First and Formal, Breakfast was excellent there was something for everyone. The entrance and the Lobby was beautiful and smell good, the staff came and help with the luggage, however the hallway doesn't smell that good, that can be fixed if they want to, the Staff were willing to help if you ask.
The very negative thing about the hotel is the driver lined up outside to take you places, this was my first time and I got scam, the driver; PINGPONG that's his name, promised to take us places we wanted to visit for 1500 Thai currency, that was a good deal, well that didn't go as we thought, in 6 places we wanted to visit we ended up visited 3 and 2 others are his vendors added by him, this were done in 2 days instead of 1 and we paid 1000 more.
I am pretty sure there were complaints done before about this scam that is happening, the people at the hotel should have warned you about those scammers"
