"The hotel staff were amazing! Won was the BEST! Despite the flooding on the street (which wasn't their fault), the hotel is pretty nice. It was great to have a restaurant in the building and it was yummy! We appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the massage place next door was convenient! Other than being far away from downtown and the Thailand life, it's near the airport and that made it convenient having to be at the airport really early on our way out."

"Property was generally nice. Restaurants were good but a bit overpriced in my opinion probably due to the location as there is literally nothing else convenient for dining. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Great sports facilities for tennis, racquetball, weights and other activities made it nice. Overall a good property but again just somewhat isolated."
