"Great stay overall but not everything was perfect. Pros: - big room with an amazing view. - nice and comfortable beds. - clean and housekeeping did a great job. - amazing huge pool. - staff were super friendly and helpful. - location is great, you're in the middle of all the action but it's still very nice and quite at the hotel. - perfect for a family stay with kids. There is a kids club and a kids swimming pool. - breakfast and a la carte were very good. Cons: - AC was very tricky to use, you can change the temperature but it reverts back to whatever default setting after some time (20 degrees but feels like 15). Most of the time we left it off to avoid it. - due to some issues with the AC the floor becomes completely wet and slippery. We had to leave the room and asked the staff for help. They cleaned it and provided a dehumidifier, and while it helped a lot it was super loud. While we had a couple of issues, the positives outweigh the negatives and it was a great stay."

"Our room and the whole resort was kept extremely clean, the staff were always polite and friendly and greeted you with a smile. Food was always well presented and tasted delicious…loved it here location was fantastic. Staff in the beach pool bar who went above and beyond… Asia, Nat and Marina. They made our stay wonderful"

"Excellent hotel right across the street from the beach. The hotel grounds are perfect. This resort has everything you need to make your stay peaceful, romanitc and recharging. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous to your every question and request. I really would highly recommned this resort as a perfect getaway in the Krabi area. I read other reviews from people complaining this hotel is not Right on the beach..... well it is literally across the street to an amazing beach club that your have access to when staying here. It's not an inconvenience at all and the beach here is perfectly peaceful and relaxing. A great vibe from the beach club makes your afternoon just float away. Enjoy Varana and everything they have to offer. "

"I have travelled all over the world and this was my FAVOURITE place I have ever stayed! The jacuzzi villa was amazing and we had amazing views with monkeys, water monitors etc. the food was 10/10, staff were kind. Everything was excellent and so relaxing. Was sad to leave. "
