"This hotel is a very nice resort hotel. Very big! You must know you will walk a whole lot in the hotel. I had a twisted ankle and had to use their free shuttle service a lot so that’s a huge plus. The food is great and staff is too. Would recommend to anyone that wants that resort vacation you won’t have to leave your hotel much from. Also Phang Na is a very calm town. If you’re looking to escape the crowds definitely book this hotel. "

"The hotel and room looked nice with nice pool but our room had such a musty smell we could hardly stay in it other than sleep. On Air conditioner in the bedroom worked but the one in kitchen and sitting room did not work at all so it was so hot we had to stay in the bedroom"

"I stayed 2 separate nights. The first was in a building across the street. Unfortunately, the sheets & bedding were very dirty and had at least 6 hairs. Even after the linen was changed, I didn’t sleep due to constant itching. My second night was in a cleaner room and I slept fine. The employees were very kind and helpful."
