We stayed here for 2 nights while in Khao Lak. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we were able to check-in a bit earlier as we were moving from our previous location. They also shared tips for Khao Lak and were available when needed. The room was very spacious and clean, looked very new as well (we were staying at Seashell house which is located 3 min walking from the main property). The area around is lively and full of shops and restaurants, as well as conveniently close to the beach. Definitely a very good option if you are staying in Khao Lak!

It is on a very nice little busy street in smaller town. Lots of shopping dining options for this area. It has been sound proofed against the street noises so it is relatively quiet. The staff is so good. Nice breakfast very safe and clean. Good vibe for sure. The price point is good. We will stay there again.

Charming little b&b

Perfect short stay at the nautical home. We had 2 nights here following a trip to Khao Sok, check in was easy and quick, we were greeted by Nat who sent whatsapp of useful info. The room was very comfortable and clean, lovely duvets on the bed, excellent air conditioning. Our room was facing the street but the noise wasn't a problem. You can tell a lot of time and effort has gone into designing this hotel, it has lovely details. Breakfast was included, a small but delicious selection of food with eggs cooked to order. If we return to Khao lak, i would love to stay here again.

Super BB inmitten von KHAO LAK. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilft bei der Planung des Aufenthalts. Hinterlässt man seine Mobilnummer, erhält man via WhatsApp Empfehlungen für Strände und Restaurants, die wirklich hilfreich sind. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber vollkommen ausreichend und gut. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich, die Lage optimal, etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand.

Das Hotel hat sowohl positive als auch negative Aspekte. Positiv: • Das Personal, insbesondere die Besitzerin, ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und bemüht, den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. • Die Lage ist praktisch: nur 25 Minuten zum Strand und in der Nähe vieler Restaurants. Neutral: • Das Frühstück entspricht einem einfachen europäischen Standard – ausreichend, aber nichts Besonderes. Negativ: • Der Zimmerservice lässt zu wünschen übrig: Eine verstopfte Toilette wurde nicht gereinigt, und einmal war das Zimmer nach dem Service nicht abgeschlossen und stand offen. • Das Gebäude ist sehr hellhörig, was bei empfindlichen Gästen den Schlaf stören könnte. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel eine gute Basis für Reisende, die keine allzu hohen Ansprüche haben und Wert auf freundlichen Service und eine gute Lage legen. Verbesserungen bei Sauberkeit und Sicherheit wären jedoch wünschenswert.

Nat & Visa sind super freundliche & sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberinnen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl & willkommen gefühlt. Es gibt viele Restaurants & Bars in der Nähe, auch die Stände sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar oder sonst per TukTuk/Roller. Wer eine familiäre Unterkunft sucht, ist hier bestens ausgehoben.

Best service ever!!

The service at Nautical Home was absolutely amazing! Service you would expect from a 5 Star hotel. They were friendly and very accommodating. Made me breakfast and gave me wonderful recommendation on where and what to see in the area. The atmosphere was so nice and relaxing, no one ever rushed me. The co-owner even rememberes me by ne and I only stayed 1 night. An absolute pleasure to have stayed here.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette guesthouse, bien placée, proche de tout, pas très loin de la plage. C'est propre, accueil super sympathique de Farida. Elle vous conseille , et elle est très attentionnée. Le petit déjeuner a plusieurs formules au choix mais en plus vous avez en buffet à volonté, ananas, bananes, vrai café, pain de mie, confitures , jus d'orange... En journée à disposition gratuitement, eau fraiche et eau chaude avec chocolat en poudre, café.. Egalement un service de loundry
