"Hot water was non-existent. The air conditioner took you hour and a half to cool down the room and then it reset every time because you had to take the key out. That's the other room got cold again. Actually makes your air conditioners work harder by working hard for an hour and a half instead of just maintaining. Plus not very comfortable when you come in at midnight and the room's got like 30°. It takes an hour and a half to cool off enough to go to sleep"
