"Great hotel and location "

"The staff are friendly, the hotel close to the airport which made my travel comfortable."

"Wonderful hotel in great neighborhood. Close to sights but didn’t feel overly touristy"

"Prima hotel in het centrum met parkeergarage."

We had no problem with all the other shifts from the morning to early evening but when the night staff came on, they were rude and disrespectful to us. I think they need training on customer service and communication. or all together a career change especially for one of them( the shorter one)I said a...

"property was nice good for a short stay"

"Excellent location, close to the Grand place and next to train station. Our room is too dark. Nice breakfast and free for kids. We're disappointed that staff won't help with our luggage at checkout "

"Disappointed with the room. It looks old & outdated."
