Located right above Leuven Central station. They let me check in early around noon. AC was working and I turned it on during the night as it can get stuffy. The bedding was quite clean and they provided sufficient towels. The toilet had someone else's hair but was otherwise clean.

We didn't have the breakfast. It looked good though and we were able to purchase coffee/tea from the reception during breakfast time. The communal area was clean and comfortable. The property as a whole looked very fresh and clean, the staff were friendly. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well too. It is next to the station, which was very convenient for travelling and about a 15 minute walk to the main strip of Leuven. We were at the front of the hotel and didn't hear any train noise etc.

Hotel was ideal centrally located nxt to station easy for travel. Room was compact but comfy everything you wpuld expect from a budget room. The improvement i wpuld suggest is having a vent or ability to open a small window as even with the temprature unit it was too hot and dry

Room was clean, but on the small side. Personally l would get rid of the bunk above the double bed to give more air and space. The room is not big enough for 3 people anyway, so take it away. Toilet separate to shower, both clean and modern, but again small spaces. Nice to have a window that opens as well as the ac unit. Lifts and general areas clean and modern. Good breakfast. About as close to the train station as you can get. Easy and pleasant walk to centre.

Terrible hotel , rude staff ,poor management.Rooms are literally not enough room to walk around bed even if you are alone .air conditioner is horrible you can not set up the temperature below 22 celsius and keeps shuting off. windows are permanently locked.not suitable for families. It is close to hostels' style!!!

One person was very attentive and helpful, another could have said ‘scan your key on the black box in the lift to make it work, your key needs to go into the round switch as you enter the room (difficult to find in the dark) and I know it’s supposed to be minimal contact.

Prepare to Be Disturbed

The front desk staff was nice enough. Housekeeping however disturbed me before 10am both days of my stay. On the first day, I didn't recognize the sound of the knock because the hallway was fairly busy during my stay. So he opened the door and I had to shout for him to not enter the room. The second day, I recognized the knock, again, a couple of hours before check-out. I stuck my head outside the door and he said he thought I was out. I expressed my concern to the front staff suggesting they get do not disturb signs to hang outside the room door. I was told there was supposed to be one in my room. The shower also had dirt residue from previous guests.
