"Hi, real quick. The pool bar had no staff there the entire stay. The "market " had a private function and we were unable to get a coffee or a grab and go sandwich. There were no notice of either amenities being closed. We had to leave the hotel and go to the Marriott for dinner one night because EVERYTHING was closed to the public, even though we were guests for 8 days there. Next time we'll choose a better place with amenities that actually are for all the guests of the hotel"

"This hotel is a lovely, historic hotel in downtown Louisville. The hotel is very inviting and grand, when you first enter. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond when it came to customer service. The room was very clean but some of the maintenance was lacking overall in the hotel. Ceilings were chipping in various areas along with some doors. This is to be expected in a historic hotel though and is understandable. We ate at the Lobby Bar and Grill and the food and service...

"The property is beautiful. Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable. The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat. Allen was so gracious and helpful. The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. And, the young lady that served us breakfast was very nice and helpful. I’d recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone who is planning to spend time in...

"We stayed to go over to a concert at the KFC center. Well worth the money! Walked over and back. So easy, didn’t have to fight crowds. Even splurged for the vallet, also worth the money! And extra $20 not to have to fight crowds! We will absolutely stay again if we come back!"

Great self-contained room with everything Nulu has to offer on your doorstep..1st night there was some live music going on at across the street at Taj bar which kept me awake , but apart from that little bump i cannot fault the room... they have lots more in the back further away from street so worth checking. Excellent stay and will def return if im back !!"

"$200 a night properly could do better with their services and facilities. $5 - home brewed coffee, in house laundry for quarters only ($3+$2) , which one can buy from the reception for cash only ( ATM $4.95 transaction fee) . Pros: they do not charge a fee for a pet. Otherwise, there is no motivation to stay at Aloft by Marriott Downtown Louisville"
