"The service was great and the bar/ drink selection was amazing! We also enjoyed the selection of restaurants. The only complaint is about the housekeeping. We had to remind the housekeeping team to clean in the evening as it had not been done; the room was not cleaned properly sometimes. Other than that, we were really happy with the hotel and will certainly come back again."

"Room is excellent, really comfy bed. Great shower. Noise from the corridor and slamming doors of the other kind of rowdy drunk guests made it less enjoyable. On the back of the hotel away from the pool and airport the plane noise was minimal."

"To set expectations, this is not a 5 star hotel by today’s standards. I’m sure it was 5 star 15 years ago, but this is a dated property in desperate need of updating to live up to the 5* tag they claim. The beach had sewer smells, the gym was a token gesture to dated fitness equipment with no aircon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a welcome surprise. Very wide range of food and good quality ingredients. The bedroom was clean and welcoming. Would I stay for a week....

"The views at Ella Alkyna are breathtaking, and the water is the clearest I have ever seen. The beach and boardwalk connecting the resort to town create an unforgettable experience. The natural beauty here is truly world-class and the main reason I would recommend visiting. That said, there are several areas that need improvement.
