Lovely stay, room was a little basic and bathroom was simple/basic. Pools were lovely, clean and lots of sunbed availability. Staff were lovely and friendly. Buffet breakfast was really nice and fresh. Beautiful location.

The most incredible location, views were unbelievable. Room big and clean, effective aircon and blackout blinds. Breakfast was a big varied buffet. Pools were both immaculate and well managed. Be aware the gym is in fact just an area with some weights (outdoors) our bathroom drains were a bit stinky but staff were looking into it.

This hotel felt like a palace and was the best view in Corfu overlooking the Mediterranean absolutely incredible! We have been in Europe now for one month and this is our number 1 Favorite place and we will be coming back! Everywhere you turn the picture looks like it belongs in a magazine plus the restaurants are so good and the staff at the hotel is Incredible. Hope you get to meet Alina who worked at the front desk and went above and beyond as well as all of the other staff! Add this palace and Paleokastritsa to your bucket list for sure and you won’t be disappointed!

THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING! A true resort. Perfect for couples. The breakfast was rich, diverse, and restaurant quality. The rooftop Poolside bars and Cafe made this a true vacation. No matter what room you are staying in, the hotel is a cliffside building, so you will always face the sea. It’s a beautiful view, especially with private balconies. There is always something happening at night and mornings, thanks to the event staff who are very friendly. ALL staff are friendly from the hosts, to the cleaning staff, bartenders, and waiters & cooks. This area is also one of the most beautiful. While there are significant foot traffic, it manages to keep its serenity and charm. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Greece. I’d come back to Corfu for this Hotel ALONE. Dimitri, our check in Host was amazing as well. Super friendly.

We had a great time at the hotel. Staff was amazing! Breakfast sooo good and near the best beach what we could get umbrellas and sunbed and also a var behind . Town was in quite area but great beaches and everything amazing! We had a great time. The hotel views were the best!!

The property was beautiful and in a beautiful location, however the staff and service was not. On our first day we opted to get a massage. It was €150 and by far the worst massage we ever got. The door stayed open the whole time, the booking process was unclear, etc. additionally, it was unclear what was for all inclusive and just for standard guests so we ended up paying for things we didn’t realize. We would not recommend this place or stay here again

Beautiful location and stunning views from the balcony! Free parking. Bus stop at entrance to hotel. Breakfast buffet was good, lots of selection. Did not try any drinks at the bar as they were too expensive, you could across the street to La Grotta for great ambiance and cheaper drinks (not by much, however music snd great vibe). Staff was super helpful and always a smile. Would stay here again. Some minor things, after shower some smell from the drain, a cracked window in the bathroom cleared the smell. I would stay again

Bella la posizione dell'hotel con una vista sulla baia stupenda. Le zone comuni sono belle e degne di un 4 stelle. Colazione poco più che sufficiente adatta ad una clientela continentale, parte dolce limitata e scarsa la varietà di frutta. Camera carina, letto comodo. il bagno troppo piccolo e senza finestra, è sempre presente un cattivo odore di fogna, forse basterebbe un profumatore. Staff gentile e disponibile

De uitzicht en ligging van Paleokastritsa Palace zijn echt fenomenaal – daarvoor alleen al is het hotel de moeite waard. Het gebouw en de inrichting zijn wel duidelijk gedateerd en wat kitsch, wat niet helemaal onze smaak was. We kozen bewust niet voor All Inclusive, omdat we liever in lokale restaurants eten. Dat bleek een goede keuze, want de kwaliteit van het hoteleten vonden we ondermaats. Positief is dat het parkeren uitstekend geregeld was, wat in Paleokastritsa zeker een pluspunt is.
