"I"

"Everthing was perfect , good location to visit Ashford designer outlet, just in front off Ashford internacional station, good breakfast , helpfull staff and clean Room,"

"Staff were helpful. The bed was very comfy and the room was clean and big. The breakfast was nice and fresh and the check in/ check out was very easy."

"Stayed here alot, can get very busy and noisy at times, but in general it’s ok"

"Our room had a very ugly view over the bins and kitchen extractor fans. This created a loud hum until around 10pm and also brought some cooking smells into the room. The walls are also very thin and we could hear the room next door very clearly. However, after midnight the noise died down and it was quiet. The hotel is in a nice, very rural location."

"It’s always a joy to stay at The Queens. It’s comfortable, clean, has the most excellent and generous menu, but it’s their team that are the real gems in their crown."

"Perfect stay for a solo traveller"

"Staff on check in were really lovely, friendly and helpful. Carried our suitcases upstairs which was much appreciated and provided iron and ironing board within minutes. Room 14 is a safety hazard! Tiny step in to the bathroom which is really easy to miss and I actually had a bad fall when staying. There's also a step down in to the bedroom part of the room, so be really careful if you stay in this room. Someone had pre set an alarm on the TV to 5:45am so if you stay here, make sure to check...

"Fantastic place to stay next door to the Sissinghurst Castle Gardens. Friendly and beautiful. We will definitely return"

"Advertised as an apartment with breakfast included. But in reality is a chalet bedroom and ensuite. Breakfast was 2 mini yogurts in the fridge, a couple of tiny croissants and cereals. Beverages are DIY. Check in is via a member of staff behind the bar in the pub. Unresponsive to phone calls with the number provided prior to the stay where I attempted to know if there was possibility of an earlier check-in but since not being able to get through I had to check-in at the standard 3pm. "10 x better than last time we stayed, having been refurbished. Clean room, really comfortable bed and an average shower."

"Spa facilities poorly maintained wood splitting in sauna, no steam room very small pool and small dirty changing facilities. Inadequate gym facilities literally 1 treadmill Old dirty carpet and room smelled old. Tv was inadequate old 1st generation TV. Terrible WiFi signal Reception staff friendly but catering staff not. No food available after 9.30pm no amenities or facilities around to overcome this. Would not recommend staying unless just going to specifically play golf"

"Nice and private"

"Delicious food"

"Clean, everything you need, walking distance to beach, nice and quiet. Would be 5 star except sofa smells, plant overgrown on entrance to property and back door very stiff and hard to lock. Lovely little estate of pretty houses"
