"The room was comfortable and the breakfast was only average."

"The rooms feel like a dorm room. It was the smallest window that claimed to be “water” view. They need updating in a bad way - especially for the cost!! Restaurant was great!"

"The room selected was a lake view but the room provided barely had a view. Room condition could have been better."

"Location is very convenient to access shopping mall."

"The Royal Anne hotel was an excellent stop for our family. We enjoyed the comfortable rooms and very convenient location for our weekend in Kelowna. The front desk staff was extremely helpful, especially Tanaka. Thank you from all of us!"

"Hotel hit the Spot."
