"I stayed here twice in one week (4 nights in total) before and after my trip to Nikko. When in Tokyo, I usually stay in Prince Hotel Shinagawa for its convenience to Haneda. This is my first time in Asakusa (chosen for its convenience to Tobu Asakusa station) and I must say that it was possible to stay the entire time in Asakusa to eat, shop and sightsee. The hotel is in the same building as Uniglo and 50 m away from Donki (24hrs). There are also lots of fantastic eating places here. The staff are really friendly and having a free happy hr everyday is amazing! I also had breakfast for my last 2 days here and it was a very good selection of food. I especially like the freshly squeezed orange juice. The only things are that the pillows are extremely flat and the room is somewhat dated. I noticed that room renovations are being carried out on several floors. I would consider staying here again though it is less convenient to Haneda airport (I had to carry my luggage down stairs to enter the Asakusa station!)."
