"Great hotel, fantastic position and great service. Bed a little to hard for my personal preferance , but choice of pillows avaiable. Couldnt fault it and would stay again."

"Solo woman room. Three nights stay in Shinjuku. Hotel is a little cheaper. Near subway but still need to walk & exist down has no elevator. Beware if you have mobility issue. In that building there are restaurants but far from tourist area. But quite near several government buildings. Close by you can see the night show. Two convenient stores & one pharmacy in that building. Room is very small… but this is Toyko. Older building so not too sound prove. Not much space to open luggage. To walk to nearby tourist area needs 20 mins. After a long day, that maybe a bit too much walking. Direction is not hard to find. There is a tourist information near Shinjuku bus terminal which gives me good direction. "

"Overall, this place was amazing. I am so happy I selected it with the amount of places to stay in Tokyo, it can be extremely overwhelming. But, this place was great, breakfast buffet, absolutely delicious with a lot of options. Something I enjoyed doing every morning was trying the different options they had out. Location- great! Right across the street from a wonderful and peaceful park, which was lovely. One thing I would wish for was simply more space in my hotel room. I expected it to be small, based ok the other reviews, but wow, definitely a very tight squeeze, even for a solo traveler for myself. But, everything else made up for it, in my opinion, just a heads up for anyone else traveling, the rooms are TINY and maybe pack lighter than usual if possible."

"Check in was difficult. It took a long time to find our reservation. The room was described accurately, but we would reserve a different room in the future. A full size bed is sufficient for me and my husband to sleep in, but the room was too small for two people and two suitcases. That said, the room was perfectly clean, great amenities, bathroom was fine."
