Outstanding hotel with very good prices
ประทับใจตั้งแต่ไปถึง พนักงานต้อนรับอย่างเป็นมิตร และทางโรงแรมแจ้งว่าห้องที่จองไว้แอร์เสีย มีการ upgrade ห้องให้โดยไม่เพิ่มค่าใช้จ่าย ห้องพักสะอาด และสะดวกสบาย โรงแรมอยู่ติดถนน หาง่าย มีร้านอาหารที่ราคาไม่แพงอยู่ใกล้ โรงแรมหลายร้าน อาหารเช้าพอใช้ได้ ในราคาระดับนี้ ไปพักที่นี่ ครั่งนี้เกินความคาดหมายจริงๆ

Je recommande cette hôtel Les commentaire négatif sont faux il m’ont effrayé mais la réalité sur le terrain est un hôtel haut de gamme avec une magnifique piscine ( chambre sur piscine ) lit confortable, ménage fais , et service client excellent ! Hôtel situer très proche de la plage à 5mn en scooteur ainsi qu’un centre ville et un supermarché accecible à pied à 1mn

We got a room with access to the pool which was worth every penny. The pool is very nice, clean and modern. It is about a 15 minute walk to the beach but there is a shuttle available in the mornings to both Kata and Karon beach. Supermarkers and restaurants/bars are all in a walka le distance

The dark wooden floor in the shower room. You could not see whether it was clean or not. One key card per room. The air conditioner would turn off when we left the room and we would come back to a hot room .

Never again
This hotel was under par. Our room was a swim up to the pool which was awesome but that's it. The beds...omg, the beds are the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in. I can't ...it was like sleeping on the floor. What's the point! The pool however was great. The staff was ok. I asked for ice...don't have, I asked for fries( we were stuck in doors because of hard rain) Don't have, extra mattress topper because the bed sucked...don't have. Taxi? to get to the main area...don't have...So I blew up! Your a hotel and you don't have taxis?? All of a sudden they had someones number and 15 min later a taxi showed up. This hotel looks great in the pictures but its all just a coat of paint. You can tell they tried to make it look new and modern but it's sloppy. The shower boards on the floor actually hurt my feet. Like wth? Arghh.. don't waste your money. This room cost me $140 cnd a night. I stayed in the most insanely beautiful perfect hotel of my life just up a hill in Patong...called Mai House. That one cost me $114 a night and it was the best hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. Just stunning. Go there. Not here.

Ok for one night.
This hotel was priced reasonably at $112, but could improve its level of service with some improved offerings. There wasn't any mini bar, and purchases from the reception had to be made in cash, no bookings to the room.

Clean and comfortable
We stayed here for 6 nights when travelling in Phuket. The room: we got a pool access room which was very convenient Had a nice and clean sit-out area for soaking up the sun. Bed was nice and big enough for me, husband and our 3.5 year old who wanted to sleep with us The children's cot was clean and basic and did the job well. The pool: Nice and clean it has enough pool chairs to lounge around the pool The general ambience: the whole place is small enough, but very nice and neat it is close to a main road, so you can hear the vehicles if sitting outside However, the windows/doors to the room are sound proof and the noise didn't get in. Breakfast buffet: Average Access to beach and other places: Karon and Kata beach are about 10 min away by Tuk/Tuk taco ( 200 baht) - there is also a hotel shuttle that takes you down to the beach in the morning. There are some fruit markets and road side cooking stalls for dinner and such. Seven eleven and pharmacy is close by Close-ish ( 30 mins) to Chalong temples, Big Budda etc Overall, its a nice place and would definitely stay again if in the area.

Nice hotel and quite close to the beach.
It's a nice new hotel, unfortunetely the isolation of the rooms isn't top. Lot of chinese tourists don't respects other people (trying to close their room door as hard as they can, scream all the time...) so if you're not to close to them or if they are not to much it's very nice but if not its quite noisy...

Decent hotel with great beach and food around
A clean and decent hotel for a few nights stay. Great price near some temples, markets, and sights to see in the south area of Phuket. Beautiful beaches are a moderate walk away with some great food choices nearby. "Hero Bar" which is a few blocks away has some incredible food!

Hotel à fuir c est un 2 étoiles bar au bord de la piscine à l abandon petit déjeuner catastrophique avec des cafard aucun restaurant dans l hôtel salle de sport inexistante faire payer pour un 4 étoiles alors qu il vaut à peine 2 étoiles ne vous fier pas au photo et avis notre séjour et d avril 2017 pour notre lune de miel et franchement sa nous a tous cacher

服務好泳池水清潔，須不值4星但房間價錢合理，酒店提供旅遊諮詢，shuttle bus 去kata,及有電單車出租，行去海灘路只需15分鐘附近有24小時超級市場有免費泊車方便自駕。

Fairly new hotel which is well maintained.
Discovered on the Internet and the reviews were excellent which is not always the case. The hotel is spotless and very well maintained and a credit to the management and staff. My one reservations is the cost of breakfast - 400 bahts is a wee bit steep. The pool is clean but the sun beds need mattresses. I would strongly recommend this hotel to my friends.

Hotel di design, a 15 min da Kata e Karon beach
La struttura e' moderna e confortevole, concepita in modo innovativo rispetto alle strutture della zona, anche per come e' posizionata la piscina, che poi sono 2 parallele che che costeggiano i lati lunghi dell'edificio. Molto apprezzato il letto king-size. Colazione nella norma, potrebbe migliorare con piu frutta locale (mango, papaya etc) e torte (mancanza assoluita) Personale alla reception troppo giovane e con poca esperienza, con conoscenza scarsa dell'inglese. Nel complesso buon rapporto qualita'/prezzo.

Quiet Hotel
We hardly got time to spend in the hotel room due to our hectic schedule. But the hotel was quiet and the silence can be felt in the evenings. My room was on ground floor with access to pool and my wife used to fear of intrusion. They don't have bell boys. poor receptionist had to carry my heavy luggage to room and to taxi. Morning breakfast is very limited, but tasty and well cooked. It is a little far from beach, but while walking down to Kata beach you may end up landing in Heroes Bar which is a superb place to eat and hangout and some live music. Also connected to a local shops with variety of items to offer. Overall, it was a good experience if not great.

Отличное расположение, недалеко от пляжей Карон и Ката, есть магазины и рынки в шаговой доступности. Отличный бассейн .Очень удобная кровать. Отличное обслуживание.Очень много групп китайских туристов (создают много шума). Нет ни одного крючка в ванной, некуда повесить полотенце. Дают 2 бутылки воды в день бесплатно( они стеклянные ,а пол каменный, легко разбить) . Нет пепельниц на балконах ( люди с верхних этажей кидают окурки в бассейн). На балконе негде посушить купальник. Очень слабый wi fi .Отель могу рекомендовать если на него будет хорошая скидка, если не будет, то можно найти лучше.

Very Pleasant Hotel
Nice, modern and comfortable hotel. Staff speak little English but are friendly and warm. Room is spacious, clean and modern. Loved the Melody branded umbrellas that you can use. Hotel is on the main road, so it takes about 12 minutes to walk to Kata beach; 20 to Karon beach. But it's a pleasant walk with many shops and restaurants along the way. Great little Thai restaurant next to the hotel called Mama Daengs. Serves meals for 50 Bhat - way cheaper and more filling than a lot of the tourist traps near the beach.

nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. the room was comfy and we absolutely enjoyed the balcony pool access. we had a really good time! Schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und wir haben den direkten Poolzugang genossen. Es war eine angenehme Zeit und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Einziger Mini-Minuspunkt (wenn man überhaupt nach einem suchen möchte): Ich hatte den Eindruck dass der Boden nicht oder nicht ausreichend gereinigt wurde, da ich meistens Krümel & Sand an den nackten Füßen hatte. Dies zu reklamieren schien mir jedoch angesichts des ansonsten einwandfreien Services unnötig.

Отличный отель ,местоположение идеальное,тихо ,пешком до пляжа 10 минут,на байке 2минуты.Внимательный персонал ,очень дружелюбный.Залога за сохранность имущества нет.Водичку каждый день ставят .Фен и чайник есть .Цены в мини баре чуть больше чем в магазине всего на 5-10б.Понравилось находится в таком прекрасном отеле .Завтраки не брали .

Nous avons séjourné plusieurs à Phuket nous avions réservé que pour trois nuits mais comme nous avons aimé,,,nous avons prolongé. Personnel incroyable, chambre spacieuse et confortable,,,,,bref on y retournerais avec plaisir !

Great hotel for the price
Brand new rooms that were very clean. The staff was extremely sweet. It's a 15 min walk to the beach and a simple hotel but it's a good choice if you want good, clean spacious rooms at a very reasonable rate.

Nice hotel for young people
The hotel has a very good location near of restaurants. The staff don´t speak much english and the wifi is very slow and sometimes the internet is down.Otherwise have no complaint

comfortable stay
cheap and comfortable stay for 2 days. the room is clean and size is big enough for 2 ppl. 15 mins walk to the beach. many restaurants and massage shops nearby. breakfast is ok and swimming pool is small.

Great stay, family enjoyed.
Great stay here. Positioned 15 minute walk to Kata and Karon beaches. On busy main road but short walking distance to restaurants or you can catch a Tuk Tuk to any area within Karon beach for 200 baht. Best beach is Kata Noi. Rooms are very comfortabe. Balconies are a bit small. Pool is nice and very quiet. Don't think it is worth the extra for pool access room as everyone can see directly in to your room and seems little privacy. Room cleaned every day with fresh towels. Unlimited beach towels although they are a bit small. Breakfast is poor. Eggs cold, and very limited choice. Would definetly stay again as great value for money and everywhere is so accessible. Beware on checkout though as another review said about towels, we were questioned about a missing teaspoon!

Clean modern and comfortable
Overall a pleasant stay. Staffs were very helpful. Located at the Main Street, a bit far from the beach and eateries. We rented a scooter, so location was just nice.

Отличный отель за свои деньги!
Отличный новый отель в современном стиле, приятный и отзывчивый персонал. В номере чисто и уютно, удобная большая кровать. Ежедневная смена полотенец. Отель находится сравнительно близко к оживленной дорогой, но дискомфорта она не доставляет при закрытых окнах. Есть свой бассейн, если кому нужен, но мне не удалось в нем поплавать, так как был очень насыщенный отпуск) Рядом много кафешек, макашник, фруктовый рынок. До пляжа Ката пешком минут 15, на байке 5 минут. Был небольшой инцидент с сейфом и деньгами, но как выяснилось по приезду часть денег я забыл дома, за что прошу прощения у персонала гостиницы, в особенности у Gail, которая несмотря на непростую ситуацию и нервы пыталась помочь. Из минусов можно назвать - неприятный запах канализацией в лифте и однообразные завтраки, а также нестабильный WI-FI. В целом отелем остался доволен. Спасибо большое!

Hotel muy acogedor, personal servicial y atento.
Hotel alejado de la playa, situado justo en mitad y aproximadamente a algo mas de un kilómetro de las playas de karon y kata. Todos los días transfer gratuito desde el hotel hacia la playa de karon. Zona muy tranquila, buffet básico y staff muy agradable.

Very nice hotel for that money, pool is great, they upgraded our room for free. Breakfast nothing special but ok. Worth to stay.

très bon hôtel
L'hôtel est neuf et très bien entretenu. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec tous le nécessaire (sèche-cheveux, gel douche,savon). Le linge de toilette est changé tous les jours et des serviettes pour la piscine sont à disposition à l'accueil. L'hôtel est situé sur les hauteurs de kata, proche de karon mais un peu éloigné des plages. Proche des commerces et de nombreux restaurants autour surtout en face "steak chef yai" qui propose de la bonne cuisine thaïlandaise. On peut louer un scooter juste en face de l'hôtel. Le personnel de l'hôtel est sympathique et toujours aux petits soins. Toujours un petit mot gentil ou un sourire c'est très appréciable. Le petit déjeuner est simple et répétitif mais de bonne qualité. Le seul point noir c'est la présence de nombreux touristes chinois qui nous réveillaient tous les matins à 7heures, pour des vacances ce n'est pas l'idéal. Ils sont irrespectueux envers les autres clients, crient dans les couloirs et se comportent mal à table. L'hôtel mérite un autre type de clientèle.
